COVID 19 Update: Supernatural Eats Are Still Open!

We are still open! The state has allowed us to continue delivering fresh and healthy meals directly to your door, as we are considered an essential business. With this news, we are extremely thankful!

It’s been a long couple of months working to find ways to keep our business open and deliver meals to your doorsteps. As you know, the state has threatened to shut us down and at times it seemed like it might be the end. It was a hard time not only for our company but for our employees as well as our customers.

The state has recently declared that all food delivery services are considered an essential business as it will allow us to continue to deliver fresh and healthy meals directly to your door. Being an essential business will allow us to continue to operate, unlike many other food businesses that have been banned from delivery. This news is extremely beneficial for our company, as it allows us to continue to provide quality services to our customers.

On top of that, we also assure the food safety and security of the ordering process until it is delivered to your doorstep.

The Safety

To help ensure the safety of our employees and our customers we have implemented new procedures to help ensure we do not transmit or become infected with the Covid-19 virus. Our kitchen is washed, rinsed and sanitized on a daily basis and all food is cooked to full temperature prior to being placed in our meal preparation containers.  We are also implementing additional safety protocol for the delivery portion of your order. 

The Delivery Process

The delivery driver is dressed with disposable gloves and will have an insulated bag to place the meals in. Once the meals are delivered, please wait for the delivery driver to return to the delivery vehicle.  At this time, the delivery driver will text you that the delivery has been made! We believe this is the best way to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus and still service you the safest way possible. 

Our Kitchen Staff

Regarding kitchen staff safety, we are ordering commercial grade food for our employees in order to reduce their exposure at a local grocery store.

There were some concerns with our employees getting sick from the food there, so we decided to do something productive about it. As the team lead, it’s my responsibility to keep my staff out of harm’s way. We are very grateful to the government for coming up with solutions to this issue. With these measures in place, our employees can feel much safer and create the food more secure and still healthy.

For every order that you place with us, we take meticulous care to ensure that your order is packaged properly to prevent any damage during transit. We take great care in ensuring that your order reaches you promptly and in good condition. We know how important it is to receive the right items, in the right condition, delivered at the earliest. So, we do everything we can to make sure that it gets delivered to you in the best condition possible. This includes checking the quality of the packaging material used. We also ensure that your package is handled with great care, from the time it gets prepared for dispatch at our end to the time it reaches you.
