All renewals, orders, and cancellations placed by this cutoff are processed for the following week. If the cutoff is missed, please contact us using the form below to see if there are any options available.
Commuter & Low-Carb 7 Plans:
Monday between the hours of 6 am – 6 pm.
Commuter Plus, Healthy Life, Low-Carb 14, and Low-Carb 21 Plans:
Monday/Thursday between the hours of 6 am – 6 pm.
*** To avoid food spoiling, please leave a cooler outside if you will not be available during delivery hours. Thank you!

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Please cancel or adjust your weekly subscription by Thursday at 11:59 PM.
Returns and Refunds are not honored due to us purchasing materials and groceries to prepare your meal.
- If for any reason the food is or looks spoiled.
- If you delayed your meals by the cutoff, but still received a delivery.
