Meal Prep Service in Brighton | A Meal Size for Everyone

If you’ve been looking for a meal prep service in Brighton, we’re so glad you’ve found us here at Super-Natural Eats. Our mission is to help people live healthy lives, and that’s why we offer prepared meals with fresh ingredients to individuals and families all over Northern Colorado and the Denver Metro Area. Today on the blog, we want to share about the different sizes of meals you can order and what comes in each one so you can pick the right meals for your needs.

Meal Prep for Individuals (Small Portion)

Our small meal size comes in a 28-ounce container with four ounces of protein, a half cup of carbohydrates, and a half cup of vegetables for a balanced meal. These portions are all within our delicious, dietician-inspired meals. For example, one of our meals this week is a carnitas bowl. So with this meal, you get four ounces of pork carnitas, a half cup of brown rice, and a half cup of grilled peppers and onions.

Meal Prep for Individuals (Medium Portion)

The next size up is the medium portion that comes with six ounces of protein, ¾ cup of carbohydrates, and ¾ cup of veggies. So, for example, with one of our meals this week, the buffalo pulled chicken comes with six ounces of chicken, ¾ cup of sweet potatoes, and ¾ cup of kale salad.

Meal Prep for Couples or Leftovers (Large Portion)

The large portion is either ideal for sharing or to have leftovers for the next day. It comes with eight ounces of protein, one cup of carbohydrates, and one cup of veggies. So with our sausage pasta salad on the menu this week, you get eight ounces of sausage, one cup of pasta, and one cup of tomatoes, broccoli, and celery.

Custom Meal Prep in Brighton

If the portions look good to you, but you’re on a low-carb eating plan, you can also sub out the carbohydrates for a second portion of veggies. Or you can create a completely custom meal here. To learn more about getting healthy meal prep in Brighton or throughout Metro Denver, contact us today!
