Your goals are important to you and your business. Without them, your business might fall flat and never flourish. When it comes to your goals, it’s important that you crush them! You should take them seriously, put a lot of focus and energy into them. You can even make a vision board or grab a friend or loved one to motivate you and give you feedback as you work toward achieving your goals. There’s a lot of different things you can do to crush your goals and it’s all based on what you want out of your business.
I recently shared on Instagram how I just completed the 75 Hard. If you haven’t heard about it, I’ll fill you in in just a minute. But more importantly, I wanted to let you know how meal delivery in Denver (from a company that cares about providing you with satisfying, healthy, and tasty food) can help you accomplish your goals.
What is the 75 Hard?
The 75 Hard is a lifestyle commitment challenge (made popular by TikTok, but it’s been around since 2019). The challenge was created by Andy Frisella, not only to change your body but, more importantly, to prove to yourself that you have self-discipline and to improve your life from the inside out. The rules are:
- Follow a nutrition plan of your choosing, with no cheat meals and no alcohol.
Nutrition is a sensitive topic. Some people have medical conditions that make certain foods unhealthy, and some people can’t afford to purchase high-quality foods. The important thing to remember is that some meals are optional. Look for healthy recipes online. Just don’t eat too much!
- Complete two 45-minute workouts a day, and one of them has to be outside.
By exercising 45 minutes a day, you’re making a commitment to your health and well-being. But with so many options out there, it’s hard to pick the right exercises. Luckily, you can try a few that work your entire body. Jogging on a treadmill will strengthen your heart and lungs, and build endurance in your muscles. You can also do a few other exercises to match your goal. If you want to look fit, try exercising outside as much as possible. If you want to burn fat, try sprinting outside with a backpack filled with rocks! You’ll get stronger with every jog. You’ll burn more calories with every sprint. You’ll be fitter than ever, and you’ll know it!
- Drink a gallon of water every day.
Water is crucial for the well being of our bodies. It helps flush toxins out of the system. When you drink water regularly it keeps your skin looking healthy, helps your brain perform better, and your body will last longer too! As a part of a healthy lifestyle, you should make sure you are drinking enough water.
- Read ten pages of an educational or self-improvement book each day.
Reading is an important part of anyone’s daily routine. Reading is how you gain new knowledge and self-improvement. It’s why you should make book reading a part of your daily routine. Make reading a part of your life by reading ten pages each day! If you have difficulty picking out a book, check out a book that is recommended to you. That’s a great way to start!
- Take a progress picture every day.
Take a progress picture every day, so you can see in the future how far you have come. This can be a great form of self-improvement and help you to stay motivated. Every day, you can look at your progress and be proud that you are making changes in your life. It’s also a great way to keep motivated, because you can compare your next picture to your current one and you will always be able to see the small and large changes you are making over time.
I recently did the 75-hard, and aside from the physical change I saw, I had incredible gains in both my business and personal lives. Here’s the Instagram post I did about it if you’re interested.
Let Meal Delivery in Denver Help You Crush Your Goals
I had a great experience with the 75 Hard, but it’s not for everyone. I’m not even suggesting you do it. What I will say is, if you’re trying to create discipline in your life and move toward a healthier lifestyle, meal prep from Supernatural Eats can be a huge asset. I’m not going to lie—having access to these delicious and healthy meals played a role in my success doing this program.
Why? Because having prepped, healthy meals makes it way easier to not cheat! And it paves the way to spend more time on other goals or priorities. Whether that’s fitting in an extra workout, spending time on a passion project, or drilling down on some business leads, when I don’t have to think about cooking, there is more room for other things.
